Artic Connect and Paradial partner for Hosted Videoconferencing

February 3, 2018

Arctic Connect Ltd has strengthened it’s service platform with Paradial’s RealTunnel Firewall/NAT traversal solution.

The enhanced service enables users to communicate across organizations with high definition video and audio calls – even when located behind strict corporate firewalls.

The service is interoperable with equipment from a range of videoconferencing vendors – including LifeSize, Polycom, and Tandberg and also includes a high definition soft-phone provided by Arctic Connect Ltd.

Arctic Connect’s www.videotunneli.com™ service provides customers with the best communication and support services and makes it easy for multinational organizations to interact via videoconferencing meetings.

The advanced network design and easy-to-use service platform enables customers to call anywhere with any kind of H.323 device from any network systems.

No configuration of existing firewalls and NATs is required, which maintains protection against outside network threats.

“Paradial’s award winning RealTunnel software enables Arctic Connect to deliver cost efficient, secure, scalable and high quality videoconferencing services to enterprises in need for inter-site and inter-company video communications,” said Lars Meløe, Paradial VP Sales & Marketing.

“We’re happy to partner with Paradial following a thorough evaluation process and are excited to expand our market with a truly cross organizational communications solution”, said Toni Kurvinen, CEO of Arctic Connect Ltd.
